Stanley Williford grew up in Schroon Lake. NY and has lived in the North Creek area since 1986.  He is a retired teacher with 36 years of teaching, 32 of those years teaching at North Warren Central School as a second-grade teacher. 

Stanley has always seen the Tannery Pond Center as a place for the arts and a place the community can come together in many different ways. He has watched it grow over its nearly 25 years of service to the community. Wanting to find a way to give back to the community, he was fortunate enough to be able to join the Tannery Pond Center board. He hopes to help the board continue its excellent stewardship of Tannery Pond. He brings experience working with several sports officiating organizations, other boards in the past, and a strong love of the North Creek community.
